It is basketball time in our household. Gary is coaching Kara's team of 5th and 6th grade girls. Their record so far is 5-2. Kara is quick and aggressive on defense, but as a 5th grader she definately has the height disadvantage. Still, Kara usually makes a few baskets and gets a lot of steals. Darcie is playing for the first time with other second grade girls. Darcie is the tallest girl on her team and gets a lot of rebounds. They don't keep score at the second grade level because everyone is still figuring out how to play. Marlee is playing on the Young Women's basketball team and loves it. Darcie and Kara both had AM games today - the PM games were cancelled because of snow.
